  • Service rating : Questions answered promptly.
Product : Luggage transfers through Bourgognes Escapades excellent -- Simon most helpful and informative.
Hotels very pleasant -- welcome and atmosphere at Fuisse was wonderful (La Source des Fees).
Map reading proved a challenge at times as guide somewhat poetic in translation in places so we did get 'lost' at times.
Really need to explain that it is not possible to buy water or supplies in the villages -- absolutely no shops around!! Distressing to find out when weather so warm.

  • Service rating : From my initial contact the service provided by everyone at Belle France was excellent
Product : The holiday provided was extremely good. My only minor grumble was the quality of walking notes, these I felt required a little work to get them to the standard I have experienced with other operators.
