  • Service rating : Prompt responses and a clear process. When there was a problem (with the luggage taxi service) it was very quickly resolved
Product : Excellent holiday with a great balance of cycling, eating at some great restaurants and time to see the villages and towns in Burgundy. Allow a day in Beaune to see everything especially the Hospices, and a wine tasting (Joseph Drouin was very good with amazing caves). Highly recommended.

    5 out of 5

  • Service rating : Our holiday in Belle France was well planned and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
Product : We enjoyed our cycling in the most beautiful of countryside, and the hotels were superb. The 'prestige' package was an exceptional experience but the quantity of food was just a bit too much for every evening, which is not a complaint by any means!
