La Maison des Bigorneaux
In the little fishing port of Port-en-Bessain-Huppain, famously known for its scallop fishing, the Maison des Bigorneaux will offer you calm and peace. Located between the Normandy landing beaches, Arromanches and Bayeux famous for its tapestry, this old wholesale sea-fish merchant house owned by Sophie and Jean-Vincent is really inspiring.
Every family suite/bedroom has its own ambiance and charm. The owners are very welcoming and might even play the piano for you.
You will get to know the local fishing activity, its shipyard, its local products and you will enjoy walking on the cliffs which dominate the sea and the port.
Jean-Vincent will cook his favourite recipes, inspired by the season, while Sophie will set a welcoming table for you.
