This delightful former 19th century coaching inn, nestled in the heart of the Loire valley, offers a haven of peace and conviviality. The beautiful landscaped grounds stretch down to the River Verge and include a pretty terrace and an inviting swimming pool. It also features a gastronomic restaurant and a bistro-style restaurant. Combining rural and contemporary style, the rooms are spacious and personalised.

Cuisine

In Loué, land of poultry farming, gastronomy is part of the philosophy of the region and this is reflected in the imaginative menu.  The restaurant is warm and inviting with large paving stones and a welcome fireplace.  Eat on the spacious veranda which opens on to the landscaped gardens.  The chef’s signature dish is canette fermière de Loué – Farmhouse duck stuffed with cepe mushrooms and foie gras.  Where possible all the ingredients are sourced in the surrounding Sarthoise countryside.
