Hôtel La Lézardiere
Françoise and Rolland will welcome you to their home of attractively converted 17th century farm buildings which have been restored carefully to preserve the Gironde character. There's a delightful terrace facing due south which is a great spot to relax and listen to the birdsong. Alternatively, the swimming pool is ideal for an invigorating dip. In summer, breakfast is served on the terrace. There is a well stocked library and plenty of games and local documentation. The 4 bedrooms are delightful - each has its own unique colour scheme.
Cuisine
In a very convivial atmosphere, guests can enjoy traditional dishes from the region served with wines for which the region is justly celebrated. The food is a fine example of home cooking at its best and could include home-made duck terrine, Foie gras with lentils, confit de canard and raspberry almond tartlet.
