This traditional hotel is in the heart of the famous wine-producing town of Mercurey.  The hotel offers a critically acclaimed restaurant and 12 comfortable rooms.  Founded in 1816, the old coaching inn became the Hostellerie du Val d'Or in 1962.  Firmly anchored in tradition, this charming establishment has been able to evolve over the years, offering its guests ever increasing comfort and modernity. The latest developments are the creation of a charming terrace and the renovation of both the restaurant and the bedrooms under the direction of Dominique Jayet, owner of the hotel since 2004 and loyal to the Hostellerie du Val d'Or for over 20 years.
