Auberge de l’Arbousier Homps
Auberge de l’Arbousier
Located in Homps in what was once the residence of the Commander of the Order of Malta, the Auberge de l'Arbousier is in fact a former wine storage house on the banks of the Midi Canal. This completely revamped and modernised building is a great place to spend a really peaceful, relaxing holiday watching the barges gliding by. The dining room has original stone walls and a wooden ceiling.
The restaurant offers a great value, locally sourced menu, including fresh fish, cassoulet and rabbit, all with a fabulous view of the canal.
