- Summary
Take a pleasant half day walk and then spend time in the fascinating town, visit the abbey and the troglodyte caves or simply wander in the narrow streets with their galleries, shops and bars. Perhaps take a boat ride around the town or hire a canoe for a longer trip down the river. There is much to do before choosing a restaurant of your choice for the second evening at Brantôme.
Friday morning is market day when the streets are taken over by colourful food and clothing stalls.
