Many of the rooms look out onto a common courtyard which is a nice break from the town's hustle and bustle.

Customer Reviews Customer ratings via Feefo

4 out of 5 rating based on 2 reviews

  • Service (4/5): Overall the service was good. There was a small error in the printed itinerary and some of the walking guide notes could have been more precise - I got lost twice. More attention could have been paid to advising clients on limitations of certain sites. Our day in Beaune was the one day of the week when the Art Museum and Wine Museum were both closed, and one of the hotels had a reception which was closed between 11:00 and 17:00. We arrived at 14:00 having walked for 4 hours in continuous rain and would have been pretty annoyed had a kind member of staff not let us in. But the majority of the service provided was good.

    4 out of 5

Belle France: Thank you for your comments regarding the route notes. We will of course add some details to the book regarding opening times for future clients.

We are glad that you enjoyed the walking route, Burgundy is such a pretty region and offers ideal terrain and temperatures for walkers all year round. Such a shame about the rain, that really was very unlucky and we hope that you did get a few days of dry walking at least.

    9th June 2016

Product (4/5): Notwithstanding lousy weather and a French rail strike which were both well beyond the control of Belle France the holiday was good. Accommodation was appropriate and in line with expectation. The routes were not too demanding and were scenic.
  • Service (4/5): The Service was very good and we were able to make all the arrangements for our trip , from Australia, without any problems

    4 out of 5

Efficient Service, especially we transacted the arrangements remotely from Australia
    9th March 2015

Product (4/5): We were a little underwhelmed with the walking instructions that were provided to us . In many places the direction we had were incorrect. It did appear that these have not ben updated in a while.
