  • Service rating : Although there was a slight glitch concerning a discount, the service otherwise was responsive, efficient and friendly.Product : Accomodation/reataurant options at Chatillon needs to be developed. Two nights at Clamecy would be good. Very pleasant cycling in wonderfully rural and quiet surroundings.

Belle France Response: Thank you for your feedback, it is always an awkward moment for any holiday company when clients who have already booked a holiday have missed out on a late booking special offer. I remember the offer was for £200 and we did as a good will gesture offer you £100 discount even though you missed booking in the offer period.
Thank you for your comments regarding the accommodation and restaurant options and our Product Development Manager Catherine is researching the starting days options to avoid this issue in the future.
As a regular client with Belle France, we do hope that we hear from you again in 2018... and I will contact you early in the season with our forthcoming special offers.

    kind regards
